When is the last day I can pay for the "All Class Reunion"? The deadline date for the Reunion is July 14th and the Picnic is August 1st. However, it is encourage to pay in advance in order to cover the cost of the event.
I plan to attend just the picnic. Can I pay for just the picnic? Yes.
What if I pay for the banquet now but pay for the picnic later? You can pay for the banquet and the picnic separately; however, you will be charge two service charge fees if you don't pay at the same time.
Will I receive my tickets to the events in the mail? No. Your payment will serve as confirmation. You will receive name tags, table seating and bands for the picnic when checking in at the front desk before entering the ballroom.
Can I bring family members and friends to the events? Yes. If your guest will be attending the banquet the cost is $75 per person. If your guest will be attending the picnic they will pay $25 per person if the plan on eating and drinking. You will be charged any later fees, accordingly.
How will I know if you received my payment? A confirmation will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.
Why can't I bring my BBQ grill to the picnic? The picnic will be catered by a professional catering company. We are striving to make this a memorable weekend for all.
Is the price of the picnic the same for adults and children? Yes. The caterer charges per person, anyone that eats pays $25 per person.
How do I make a payment online? Visit:nnmchalumni.yolasite.com, click on "Reservation" click on the package you want. If you want to pay just for the banquet, click on the "Add to Cart" under the package. Another screen will open and you will be allowed to open an ac...count and pay online. Once you have paid online, go back to the nncmhsalumni website and fill out the form, under paypal. Don't forget to click submit.
How many people are coming from my class? I am advising everyone who plans to attend the reunion to visit the various websites to see who's coming from there class. I am also encouraging you to post on these sites asking your classmates to attend the event, so that you... will know who's is coming. Since, I am the only person doing this event, I don't have the time to find out who's coming from which class. As we get closer to the event I will have a better count of how many people will be in attendance. Can I pay for my ticket now and the other ticket later? or Do you have a payment plan? NO. The event is a sit down dinner and there is assigned seating. If you break your payments up, you and your guest will be sitting at two separate tables. Also, you will incur another service charge each time you pay online.
Can I pay at the door? NO. Anyone who pays for there ticket after JULY 14,2010 will get charged an inconvience fee of $20 plus the cost of the ticket and the online service charge. I advise everyone to pay before this date.
