Reunion Details for Saturday, August 14, 2010

The deadline for "Prom 1978-2001" Dinner & Ball is July 14, 2010. If there is still available seating after the deadline date a late fee of $20 will be charged.

Paying at door is NOT an option, all payments must be received no later than JULY 14, 2010!

Please pay early as there is limited seating for only 250 people. Those who pay early will receive priorty seating.

All are required to check in before entering the ballroom, there you will receive name tags, table seating and tickets for Near North Reunion Picnic .

Near North T-shirts will be on sale for $16 (S-M), $18 (L -1x), $20(2x-3x), $22 (4x-5x)

Picnic Details for Sunday, August 15, 2010

Near North Reunion Picnic will be catered. NO BBQ GRILLS WILL BE ALLOWED. Anyone not interested in purchasing tickets for the Near North Reunion Picnic may feel free to bring there own picnic baskets.

All drinks must be in cans, plastic cups or canisters. NO GLASS BOTTLES ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK.

The deadline date for paying for the picnic is August 1, 2010 (two weeks) before the event. Any payments after the date or on the day of the event will incur a $10 fee.

Read and follow the request as mentioned. The banquet is $75 per person and the picnic is $25 per person, regardless of age (if your child or guest(s) eats they will have to pay $25). The total of the event is $100.

The FIRST INSTALLMENT OF $50 IS DUE MARCH 30TH (BEFORE MARCH 30TH, ON MARCH 30TH, NOT AFTER MARCH 30TH, 31ST OR AFTER). IF YOU PLAN ON BRINGNG A GUEST THEN THE AMOUNT DUE IS $100. DIVIDE YOUR ENTIRE COST OF THE EVENTS YOU PLAN TO ATTEND IN HALF AND PAY THAT BEFORE MARCH 30TH.

SECOND INSTALLMENT OF $25 OR HALF OF WHATEVER YOUR BALANCE IS DUE SATURDAY, MAY 1ST (BEFORE MAY 1ST, ON MAY 1ST, NOT AFTER MAY 1ST). SO, IF YOU'VE PAID $100, THE NEXT PAYMENT FOR YOU AND YOUR GUEST IS $50.

FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE WEDNESDAY, JULY 14TH - NO EXCEPTIONS.

THIS PAYMENT PLAN IS ONLY OFFERED TO THOSE WHO WILL BE ATTENDING THE BANQUET AND THE REUNION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
